i have been completed my 12th exams this year. I want to be a software engineer. I want to know the courses for the same?
I also want to know that iti or polytechnic gives this?

You need to complete engineering degree in CSE/IT to become a software engineer. For this you must have studied PCM as subjects in 12th. IIT JEE, AIEEE, etc are conducted for admission. ITI or polytechnic offers diploma in CSE. After completion of the course, you can join as Junior Engineer at entry level and get in to the profile of software engineer by work experience.

For becoming a software engineer, followinr are the steps you need to follow:-
1- pass out your 12th with minimum of 60% marks in PCM
2- Appear for different entrance exams like IIT, AIEEE
3- Based upon your ranking in the exam, you will be conducted different colleges where you can continue your study by taking admission.
