I am a 4th year IT Engineering student. I am in a big dilemma. My college offers a lot of IT job but not in core companies. So kindly tell me how can i get a core company job after passing my course?

Different companies have different procedure of recruitment. Hence you need to follow the procedure of the concerned company to get an employment opportunity.

- Some companies conduct off-campus recruitment drives at various places across India. You can appear in the off-campus recruitment drive to get an employment opportunity.
- Many companies recruit through third party consultancies like Aspiring Minds, e-litmus, etc.
- Some even recruit through walk-in drives via referral of its employees.
