Now i am 2nd puc arts passed
and ba failed but still i am working
in private company how can i
complete ba with my job?

It is really tough to concentrate on both the Job and Studies equally and yes of course, most of the students fail in such case. Most of the students concentrate on the job and loose their studies. If you want to get success in both the Job and studies, then you have to balance them equally. You have to create a Timetable and regularly spend some time for studies. You can't get success in exam only prepare before the date of exam. So, please concentrate on both to achieve your career goal.

Hello there,

There are many option to complete your B.A alongwith your Job.
You can complete your B.A course through distant learning College, which provide you certification for your Exam without attending their Classes.
This will rely helpful to you, if you are a job seeking guy.
And there are no any option suits to you, other than the Distant Education from any Recognized University. Such as IGNOU, LPU and many more.

In this case you need to manage your time very strictly, Since doing job and education at the same time is very hard nut to crack. So, after the job give minimum of 3 hours to your self education. And you will see everything will be fine.
