Hello friend,
As you are from ECE background you can try both Core and Software companies. First set up your mind about what you really want and then learn skills related to that. I am sure there will be some recruitment in your college or university. Try to get a job from there. If you can't make it then your knowledge will come handy to get a job.

Here i am giving some leading companies for you. You can go for any of these companies.

LIST OF CORE COMPANIES :

1. SAIL
2. ONGC
3. TATA MOTORS
4. BHEL
5. DRDO

LIST OF SOFTWARE COMPANIES :

1. IBM India
2. TCS
3. CTS
4.WIPRO
5. Accenture
6. INFOSYS

The aspirant should learn Coding; it will open new areas of jobs along with your electronics studies. The chances of getting jobs in the leading electronics companies with coding skills are high. So you should learn coding. The leading companies prefer candidates with ECE and coding knowledge. After you improve your skills start to apply to the companies through online job portals. You can also use the employee referrals to get a job in the leading companies. You can also apply for various IT companies as well.

You should do well in your academics as well as try to avail practical knowledge about your field either in the college itself or try to avail part time job in some good organization to enhance your skills further.

At the time of applying for job, your academic results and practical knowledge will enable you to stand ahead of others and will increase your chances of availing the job further.
