I have request that how can we get a job in Core Company in Mechanical dept and what are the skills we need to develop. Further I don’t get a job and what course I must do to get an job, please give me an idea about this.

See getting a job in any company depends on you and your college.
If you have good knowledge of the core subject then you can easily get into any company. And if your college brings good company for the campus drive then, also you have a chance to get into any company. That is why i said it depends on you and your college.

If you don't get job don't waste your time, just go for higher education. Utilize your time.
