Average time that taken to select a candidate, if only personal interview conducted. How long does the interview process taken? What is the average time taken for personal interview to get the job? Can someone please provide me the details soon?

See the interview time will purely depends upon whether you are a Fresher or Experienced person.

~ For freshers , the interviewers mostly ask less number of questions when compared with the questions facing by experienced persons. It also depends upon the interviewer and the project they are dealing with. If their project needs multiple skills , then they will ask you on both the tools which their project is dealing with.
In most of the cases , it will take 10 minutes to maximum 25 minutes for Freshers.

Whereas , for 3+ years experienced persons , the maximum time may goes upto 1 hr depending upon their requirement.

It depends on the interviewer as well as the candidate experience.
If the interviewer is interested in the candidate he will ask a lot many questions from all the areas the candidate has approach.
In between some personal questions are also asked by the interviewer in order to keep the interest of the interview.

Apart from that, if the communication between the interviewer as well as the candidate goes very nicely than you can think that the interview will go around maximum of 30 mins to 45 mins.

So, finally you can assume that, interview time is totally depends on the candidate potential as well as his attitude.
