Which income from Form 16 is considered for Non Creamy Layer Certificate?
Dear Sir, I am working in private sector. I would like to know, that which income from Form 16 is considered for Non Creamy Layer Certificate. I mean Gross salary or
Income chargeable under the head salaries or Gross total income or Total income. |

If you & your family income is 6 lakhs or less than that, then will be considered as a Non Creamy layer. Earlier the limit was 4.5 lakhs which has been revised to 6 lakhs by the Government of India.

If someone is employed in 15600 basic will he be non creamy as parents have less income

URGENTLY
clear that my son is 26 year old and he is in job and getting 4 lakh per annum means he is employer of a company and filing itr since two years And he is submitting various forms for govt.job or Mba But I am as a his father getting above 10 lakh we r very confused which income will be consider for cream or non creamy its not clear to any person any now about this ????
