Can anyone of you let me know the job description of Trainee in ATOS as this company is going to conduct an interview for Trainee post. Kindly tell me the salary package also.

The salary package for trainee as a fresher in Atos will be around 3 lakhs per annum. The fixed and variable components varies to some extent every year, however, the CTC will be around 3 lakhs per annum. Initially , you will be given training on a particular technology and then you will be allotted to a project involving that technology. You need to play the role as per the requirement of the project which can be development, testing, support and quality analysis. You will also get project based training when you are allotted a project by the project team.

Job description of Trainee in ATOS is mentioned below:

1. Getting KT from the team.
2. Applying KT knowledge on the application, with more caution and awareness.
3. getting appreciation from the manager as well as team member for 1 year,
this will increase the chance of getting good appraisal at the end of the year.
4. Showing your knowledge as well as expertise.
5. Getting things quickly and fastly.

Package of the trainee will start from 3 lac.
