I am selected in wipro, but in the HR form
i've submitted incorrect e-mail id.
Can anyone tell me will it gonna effect on my selection,
in a way of getting a call from WIPRO?

If it was an off-campus drive then you need to contact the recruitment team of wipro. You need to send them email stating your problem and request them to consider your matter.
