I am planning to attend interview of ATOS for Trainee position as I have done MCA. Kindly let me know what are the skills required for this position?

The candidates should have the following qualifications for the Trainee position in ATOS;

- Educational qualification – The candidate must complete BCA, BCS, B.Sc – Computer Science / IT background from a recognized university.
- Marks eligibility – 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation
- No gap in education will be allowed

The candidate who completed his/her Bachelor's degree in BCA/BSc/BCS with 60% can apply for these interview. There is no special skills set were not mentioned in the website. If you have experience in the same field will be added advantage.

Skills Required for the Trainee Position in ATOS:

The skills required for the post of Trainee Engineer is as follows.

> You must have been trained on the below mentioned OEM Certifications
* Oracle
* Testing
* Java
* .NET (Dot net)
* Networking

>> Knowledge of above courses would be an added advantage

>> You must be flexible to work on Technologies/ Support/ Skills or Development

>> You must have good oral and written communication skills

>> Having analytical skills is preferable

As a fresher you must have knowledge on Software architecture, Algorithms and basic languages like c, c++, data structure, DAA, CN and COA etc.Because you never know in which slot they will place you.If this will be IT then you will go with Development and If ITES then you have to go with software testing or networking or support.

Basic CS engineering topics should be covered. During training you will get specialization. Before ffinal project joining they will provide KT (Knowledge Transformation ) which will help to execute the project better.

So keep calm to study basics.
