Which one has a good scope (specially for boys) finance marketing or hr marketing and what would be the job description in both ?

Yes, both Marketing and HR has very good scope and there is no distinction of scope at managerial level on the basis of gender. If you have the caliber you can definitely rise to great height. However, there is more scope in marketing as compared to HR since HR position becomes stagnant after some point of time. On the other hand, in marketing section you can not only evolve new strategies but also interact with the clients thereby increasing the client base and making relationship with the clients and customers better.
