I have an opportunity to move on and work in Dell. Recently I had an interview in Dell and got selected. Right now I am working in Samsung. So, I am little confuse about moving or not. Dell is giving me handsome salary which Samsung doesn’t provide. But I have heard that Samsung has a brand image. So, please suggest me.

It all depends on you to decide, according to your own personal interests. If you think that money matters the most for you, then you should change the job because of better salary.

If you think, Samsung is the best place for you to work and you will grow there, then no need for any change. Its your future and you know better, what will suit you.
