Hello everyone,
I have been selected in Wipro for Non-Voice process.
But they are paying me very less salary.
I have completed my B.Tech in ECE.
Kindly advice me, should I do this job?

Dear, non voice process employee are very less paid as compared to voice process employee. So, i will suggest you to gain the work experience and then look for the voice process company and quit this company as soon as possible, as there is no any carrier growth in non voice support.

Please suggest me that I should do the job of voice process or not if selected.
Location is belapur.
It will effect my career or what.
