Hello sir/madam, is there any direct interview in mindtree without any written tests at the time of placement. If there , what is the criteria

It all depends on the way Mindtree recruits (On campus or Off campus). It also depends on the college. If your college is in the top list, then they may recruitment you by just interview. For that, if you have minimum of 65%, then there would be no written test.

But, this is not sure. Do put your efforts in preparing for written test as well. It is always to be better to prepare for written also.
