Each company has different method of recruitment. Yet all the companies conduct written test and interview for recruitment. The pattern of written test is different in all companies. Some companies like Infosys give puzzles for solving in written test. Some other companies have test on general aptitude, reasoning, etc. Some others have tests on topics in computer science. You have to clear the written test and interview to join these companies.
