What amount of salary I will get in CTS BPS through Off-Campus Drive being a B.Com graduate? Chances of growth?


Hello,
I want to know the salary of BPS in CTS? I am B.Com graduate and going to attend Off-Campus Drive of CTS. Kindly tell me the salary I will get in BPS? And there is any growth there?

Usually BPO fresher salary package or CTC (Cost To The Company) is around 2.5 lakhs per annum.

The BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) jobs require graduates from any discipline.

Secondly about career growth, you have very less opportunity in BPO sector, since it is not completely a technical software job. Also the experience you gain in BPO will not be considered for software jobs in future.


You have limitation in the growth of career in BPO.

But you can earn decent salary.
