Duration of Training and salary package for a candidate who got placed in CTS through on-campus drive?
Hello
I got placed in CTS through on campus can you please tell me about the duration training period and salary pakage also? waiting for your response |

The duration of training for a fresher in CTS (Cognizant Technologies) would be around 3-6 months maximum and the starting salary would be around 3.25 - 3.5 Lakhs.
You will be getting a call letter mail which states the complete details of your training location and the salary package breakup which you can refer to get more details. Once after your training you will be moved in to any location probably to the one which you have opted for during the placement. Just make sure that you will do your best in the work assigned then for sure you will see good hike and growth in your career! |
