See in fact every Interview either it is software job or BPO the same level of Interview is been conducted. But the way (level ) of conduction may differ. Almost all Software companies recruit the candidates who have good communication skills and leadership qualities.
You have to do is try to practice each and every question asked by HR's for various companies experience. Thus you just prepare each and every answer with accuracy . There are about 10 frequently asked questions like Yourself, strengths, weaknesses, hobbies etc., |
