BPO SELECTION PROCESS FOR EXPERIENCED:

There will be two important rounds for experienced BPO candidates,

1) Group Discussion (This round would be there if more candidates are there for the selection process)

2) Interview. (Screening and HR)

So, if you are good at your communication skills then you can easily clear the GD round. Once you complete the GD round you will be sent to the interview rounds where you will be tested verbally. Make sure that you are confident enough to clear the interview rounds.

For experienced person, Wipro just take face to face interview for the non voice process, and then and there the candidate is either selected or rejected.

If experienced person in health care non voice process wipro contain group discussion

If I reject in voice process in wipro so again reapply for back office or not?
