I know i am not eligible for TCS, but can i sit in written exam of TCS????????

I am extremely sorry to state that you are not eligible to sit for TCS written exam. This is because:-
- The basic eligibility criteria to sit for the exam is 60% in the entire career.
This means one has to possess above or 60% in tenth, 12th and graduation level.

Since you are not eligible for TCS, so you cannot sit for the written exam.
