I have few questions in my mind that :-
> How is life in IBM GPS...?
> Whether my career will be safe or not....?
> How is IBM GPS job in India?

When compared to other companies GPS jobs IBM seems to be one of the good one and your career should be safe if you are ready to work hard once getting the job.

BPO jobs like IBM GPS are not personally recommended to anyone as it always a temporary job for those people who hate it. So, it all matters how you like the job and the work done. If you like it from the beginning then for sure you can move up the ladder quick with hard work if not it's better to work 1-2 years and then try for some other jobs which will be permanent and good for you.

One of the main reason for not to stay in BPO jobs for longtime is it will affect your health for sure as the shifts changes morning - night. So, give sometime for yourself and think about it clearly and then take the decision. Never settle in the average and always aim high to move up in your career.
