The interview question will depend on what technology you have prepared and studied.
There are many technologies used in automation testing like selenium, QTP, etc.
It is best to say no to the questions asked about other technology which you have no knowledge off. So, Best way to handle this situation is you can say no and alternatively say I know about xyz technology.
