IBM KPO recruitment is simple process as that of Associate Trainee Engineer.
Total number of the interview round is also same as that of associate software engineer.

The procedure that are followed for the IBM KPO recruitment drive is mentioned below;

1. Written test [online]
In this you will be asked mostly Question from Grammar.
There will be 4 sections of English.
a. Unseen passage.
b. Vocabulary.
c. Synonyms/antonyms.
d. Active/passive voice.
e. Grammar tense.

2. Technical Round.
3. Group Discussion.
4. Telephonic Round
5. HR Round.

** If you qualify all these round than you are inside the company.
