What are the questions will be asked in campus interview sir? can you pls tell me? It will be helpful if you can provide me the answer on this as soon as possible. What are the steps which we need to follow to ensure that we will clear the interview?

Campus interview of any company has three stages:

>>Aptitude round.

>>Technical Interview.

>>Human Resource interview.

Some companies also conduct Group Discussion when there are large number of candidates appearing for recruitment drives.

In aptitude round, questions test candidates analytical ability, you can clear this round of interview with sufficient practice. Quantitative aptitude by R.S Aggarwal is the best book for clearing this test.

For Technical interview, you must have good concepts over technical basic fundamental concepts of your technical subjects of engineering or bachelor's degree. In HR interview, questions related to your personality and resume are asked.

You must work very hard if you want to prepare for campus interviews.

There will be a minimum percentage cut-off. If you are eligible then at first there will be an aptitude test:

> Quantitative reasoning.

> Verbal Reasoning.

You must qualify in these two sections because, there is sectional cut-off.

If you qualify in the aptitude test then there will be a technical test and after that a HR interview.

In order to prepare and clear the interview, at first you need to prepare aptitude (basic mathematics, generally aptitude is the first round), along with logical reasoning, basic english such as antonyms, synonyms, correct the sentence, comprehension, etc. And if it is a software company, then you have to prepare the basics of C, C++, Java and Data structure.

Be aware of the current events as it will be very useful in GD round. You have to improve your communication skills as it is one of the main area they looks for.

At the end make your resume a very powerful and detailed one and when you face the interview, speak boldly, be confident, and wear formal outfit.

Maintain proper eye contact with the HR and don't get distracted and nervous while listening to the questions and while answering.
