Hello sir, I am working as an Assistant Manager (Administration and Operation) in partnership firm at Vasai, Maharashtra since 5 years. I want to get a good job in Dubai. So, what will be my minimum salary in Dubai if I get the job there?

Salary depends on these factors which i am mentioning below:

1. Your job experience.
2. Your negotiation skill.
3. Salary in your previous company.
4. Current industry norm.
4. Size of the company you are applying for.

Last but not the least come your negotiation skill. The best you negotiate the more you will get. This is the principle.
So, you must know the negotiating strategy for any company.

Since, there are a lot of things apart from this which has little influence as you are going outside of Indian. So, country also maters and their GDP also matters in terms of salary.
