I have been a part of DISA (Development Initiative for South Asian). I want to know about the value of this certificate in terms of getting good jobs under Private sector in India?

I guess DISA is a Non-governmental organization. So, certificate of NGO's are valid but it is not valid all over the organization. There are certain organization which are exceptionally handling the drives as well as recruitment. So, your certificate might not get validated at that point of time.

But, overall it is good.
