I have 2.3 years of experience as java developer. My percentage in b.tech is 59. I want to know about the eligibility criteria for candidates like me for job in MNCs?

Whether you have theoretical experience of 2.5 years or working experience.
If you have working experience then you can easily get hired by any of the employer's. If you have Theoretical knowledge then you have to go through various recruitment process.
And these days Java is in great demand, so if you are having expert knowledge in java then for sure you will be hired by the employer's.

In 59% you can not sit into any of the campus recruitment.
