I am in my final year of b.tch(cs branch).i m from uptu .i m living in great headache.actually my college is planning to bring cominy for us after one month.i m not yet prepared bcoz they have not provide us the name of companies.i have to prepare myself within one month.so please tell me what procedure i have to follow.And also i need advise shoud i prepare for off campus .if yes then how.please help me.

In order to get ready for campus placement you just need to follow some simple steps;

> Get well aquainted with Aptitude and Reasoning parts.

> Try to dig more knowledge about the companies coming for campussing.

> Try to bring in confidence within you to be able to have a one on one conversation with the interviewer when time comes.

> Dress up smartly on the day of campussing as it also has a great impact on your attitude.

> Be confident when you face the interviewer.

Try to follow these basic steps and I am sure you will get through the interview and avail the job.

It is good if you get recruited from your college in the on campus recruitment. Otherwise it is quite difficult to search for a job in the current competitive market.

So my suggestion to you is that you should prepare yourself for the interview.

** Be prepared to talk - but not too much

** Don't be afraid to ask for clarification

** Be honest

** Keep good communications.

** Keep good personality

** Learn from the experience - ask for feedback if necessary

Also you should have good technical and current affairs knowledge for effective interview.

IN a general "on campus" interview there are :

** GD round.

** Technical interview round

** HR interview round.

My suggestion to you is that you should prepare for all above for getting job in the company.
