Why candidates are influenced in Private jobs if there are huge scope in Government Sector?


Sir,
I am studying in MBA with Finance stream. There are lots of recruitment available in Government sector for candidates of each and every field or specializations then why candidates are trying to get job in Private Sector companies? Please tell me the reason behind this.

The reasons are stated below.

- The competition is very high for government sector jobs.
- The number of applicants are huge as compared to the number of vacancies.
- The selection procedure is tough and might involve politics.
- The onsite opportunities are more in private sector jobs.
- One can earn a higher salary in private sector as compared to government sector
- The learning and exploring opportunities are more in private sector.
