I have got mailed and phone call that I got selected in Syntel Off-Campus Interview. But I haven't received my Offer Letter yet. I have searched and got to know that my name doesn't enlisted in the selected candidate's list. Can you please tell me what is happening with me?

The first thing you need to check is the email which you got. It must have come from email address @ Syntel.com . This is because there are many fake emails being circulated every day by various organizations. So you need to check the authenticity of the email. Check whether any candidate/employee id has been given to you or not. Since it is not possible to track the phone call which you got, so you need to cross check the email. If everything is authentic, revert back to the concerned authority with an email. Usually the bottom of the email will comprise the part giving the address/link for any sort of query. Use the email address/link to know the actual position of your offer stating the inconvenience caused to you.
