Why ThoughtWorks Technologies recruits female Programmers only?
I have got an E-Mail of ThoughtWorks Technologies regarding the recruitment of Programmers. But this recruitment is only for females. I didn't get that point. Why this recruitment is only for females? Why not males?

There might be some company policy behind such recruitments. May be they think females are better than males for those jobs. One can't question them about their recruitment policy.
Just wait for the right time, when they will ask for males and then you can apply for it. Else, you can look for job in other companies. |
