I have acute color blindness.i have got offer letter from CTS.in it ,it is mentioned that i can cognizant after being found medically fit by cognizant doctors?so can i join cognizant???are all major it companies reject people on the basis acute color blindness????????

There is no problem for your joining in CTS if you have color blindness, the reason for medical checkup before joining any IT company is just for a formal reason and nothing else. First of all there won't be any eye checkup included in the pre-medical checkup list. The usual checkup which need to be done are as follows,

-> Complete blood count with ESR
-> Blood grouping - ABO & Rh
-> Blood Glucose Random
-> Total Cholesterol
-> Serum Creatinine
-> Urine Routine
-> ECG
-> X-Ray Chest

So, do not worry on about this anymore. Just do the medical checkup and submit the documents and start your work right away in CTS!
