I got 62% in 12th board exam and PCB 58%, English and PCB 60.75% but I got grace marks in physics theory 18 with practical 23 and total 41. So, I just want to know if I am eligible to give AIPMT/NEET/AIIMS exam or not in 2017? Please reply me soon. Thank you.

Yes, you are eligible for AIPMT/NEET/AIIMS exam.

Candidates who have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks are eligible for AIPMT/NEET/AIIMS entrance exam, but your 12th standard subject should be Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

Your age should be in between 17 to 26 years.

No, you are not eligible to appear for AIIMS examination but eligible to appear for NEET examination.

NEET examination is conducted for admission of candidates in medical course in government and private institution in medical courses the minimum required aggregate is 50% in PCB and age limit is 17-25 years.

First thing I would like to make you clear that AIPMT is now replaced by NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test ) and is held once every year by CBSE for admission in undergraduate medical courses like MBBS, BDS in government medical colleges where as AIIMS ( All India Institute of Medical Science ) MBBS entrance examination is held by AIIMS for admission in MBBS course in AIIMS.

--> Being a Class 12th passed candidate with 58% marks in PCB together you are eligible for appearing in only NEET not AIIMS if your are a general candidate as for NEET the minimum qualification marks is 50% where as in case of AIIMS MBBS entrance examination it is 60%. Further in both the case relaxation upto 10% is applicable for reserved category candidates.

--> Apart from the educational qualification for appearing in the mentioned entrance examination, you need to have the nationality of India along with your age lying within 17 years to 25 years till the 31st December of that year in which you are going to appear in the same examination. Further age relaxation of 5 years is provided to reserved category candidates.

I score 66% in board exam having 70 in PCB but I got only 47 marks in English subject so am I eligible to AIIMS and JIPMER exam and I belonged to SC category
