I have failed in class 12th WBCHSE Board exams.
I don't want to reappear from WBBSE.
So, I want to know that I can apply for 12th Board
exam from CBSE Board? Please let me know about this.

yes, you can apply the 12th board and also from the other board. So, what you need to do is to take admission in any of the CBSE board Affiliated School as a correspondence or as a flying candidate. By this you will have more time to focus on your School subjects and you can get good marks in the 2nd attempt. So, go and take admission in any of the School. Don't make any choice for the School right now, make choice for the Board only.

No, you cannot apply for 12th standard CBSR Board examinations even if you have failed from WBSCHE Board. Only candidates who have pursued 12th standard from CBSE Board are eligible to apply for 12th standard CBSE Board examinations. Being a WBSCHE Board student, you are not eligible to apply for 12th standard CBSE Board examinations.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for 12th CBSE board after having failed in WBCHSE 12th as there is no provision for it.

A candidate might re-appear for his board examination or for improvement examinations, provided he/she should be in the same board.

But, in your case it is different, therefore you cannot apply directly for 12th standard CBSE.
