I am in 10th standard right now studying with CBSE Board. My father is a Government Employee and getting transfer in another city. I have to go along with them. So, in this condition, I can get admission in another CBSE school of another city?

No there is no any procedures required to change school in ongoing session of class 10th.
In this case you have to stay in same school.
But in another city if any branch of your school exists then, you will be allowed to get transfer. For this you should contact school and if not then, it is not possible to change school.
