Can I get admission to study CBSE Higher Secondary after completing 10th NIOS?


Hello,
I am a candidate, who appear for Class 10th Board exam through NIOS Board. I would like to know that I can get admission in Regular school for Higher Secondary after my 10th NIOS specially in CBSE Board?

Yes you can study intermediate from cbse. First you must have 10th certificates like marks sheet,character certificate,transfer certificate provided by nios,and submit in school along with admission application form.
Nios certificate have equal value like other boards.

CBSE stands for Central Board of Secondary Education.
NIOS stands for National Institute of Open Schooling.
Both the boards are established within law and its certificate are valued everywhere.

So, you can easily change your board from NIOS to CBSE after secondary examination for higher secondary.
To get admission in any CBSE school in 11th after completing 10th from NIOS board, you need to have the documents such as
-Admit Card of 10th as issued by Board.
-Marksheet of 10th issued by board.
-Character Certificate
-Migration Certificate.

CBSE result of 10th are published in last week of May ,so, admission process will be started by the CBSE schools.
So, you need to hurry without wasting time to get full information about the admission process in the school you wish .
