Both boards are good for further studies and have same value.
You can admit your child in any of the boards to continue his studies. If you don't want to admit him in State Board for further studies then also no need to worry. There will be no any objection while admitting in CBSE Board. |

You can take admission in any board if you do not want to continue your academic course with Karanataka board.
To get admission you have to fulfill the required procedure of admission in the respective school. The most common requirement to get admission in different board is that candidate must have migration certificate and other required documents. |

Both CBSE and Karnataka Board are good at its place.
You can pursue from any of them. But according to me, it will be better to pursue Intermediate from Karnataka Board. But the decision is yours that in which board you want to admit your child. |

It is not possible to compare between the state and central board on a single yardstick.
But if you take yardstick as syllabus then syllabus for 11th and 12th is almost same. So, you can pursue anyone as per your convenience. |

Yes, Central Board of Secondary Education is far better than any state board. You must get your son admitted to 11th standard in CBSE. The syllabus and academics of CBSE is well framed as compared to other boards.
The marking style and transparency of CBSE is phenomenal. There is very high chance of getting good marks in CBSE if you study well all subjects. |

Re: CBSE or Karnataka Board, which is better for 11th Science aspirant?
Both the boards come with its on advantage and disadvantage. CBSE has the affiliation from the State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT) of States. The syllabus in CBSE focuses on engineering and medical core. On the other hand, Karnataka State Board focuses. The Karnataka board syllabus is dependent on the Government of that particular state. The syllabus in CBSE has a Scientific approach and State Board is more of practical application. CBSE has uniform syllabus throughout while Karnataka state board might face changes which becomes difficult for candidate to adjust.

Re: CBSE or Karnataka Board, which is better for 11th Science aspirant?
It is better to go for CBSE rather than Karnataka State Board in11th and 12th standard. This is because the syllabus of the main core subjects in CBSE are at par with the syllabus of most of the entrance exam. There is no compulsion of taking second language and english is easy. So better attention can be given to the core subjects. So it is better to go for CBSE Curriculum.

Re: CBSE or Karnataka Board, which is better for 11th Science aspirant?
Let me tell you that both these boards have their own value but yes nowadays CBSE has become famous because most of the entrance exam that are given by the students after passing there 12th standard such as Medical and Engineering Test are conducted by CBSE and as well the syllabus is also based on the CBSE. So it would be better for you to take admission in 11th standard in CBSE board.
