Now, the procedure of admission for most schools are the same.
Procedure for admission
1) Every school requires past year's marks sheet and school leaving certificate.
2) If you are getting admitted for class 1 then no school leaving certificate is required.
3) Few photographs of the candidate is required. Few will be passport sizes, few will be post card sizes. Some pictures would be required solely of the candidate and some pictures with his guardian.
4) The admission fee, tuition fee, school development fee as applicable for the school.
5) The birth certificate of the child and its photocopy.
When you bring all this on the admission date of the school, you will be asked to fill up an admission form with the guardian's sign on it. After you pay the required fee, your candidate is a student of that school.
