Which NITs can I get into after 187 in JEE main?


I got 187 in JEE Main and stood tenth in my boards (AHSEC). What will be my normalized rank? Can I get into top NITs? If so what subjects can I get?

To know in which NIT you can get a seat after scoring 187 marks in JEE Main examination, you need to participate in the JEE Main counselling process. You will be invited to participate in counselling process as per your JEE Main examination rank. The JEE Main examination rank is calculated by taking 60% weightage from the marks you have secured in JEE Main examination and remaining 40% will be taken from your 12th standard board examination marks. You have secured average marks in JEE Main examination, so, there are very less chances for you to get admission in NIT.
