I lost my SSLC marks card, but I have the SSLC hall ticket. Now, how can I get the duplicate marks card and also I want to correct my date of birth on SSLC marks card.

To get SSLC duplicate marks card the candidate need to go to the board office in person along with all the documents and available details and apply by paying the prescribed fee and they will give the form to fill after filling the form and correct the things which you want to correct they will provide you the duplicate copy within reasonable time and there is another way also you need to go police station first and lodge a complaint and take a receipt from there then go directly to the university and ask the authority member for the form to fill the necessary details and they will provide you the duplicate copy.

In order to get your duplicate SSLC marks card, you must have to contact to the respective Board authorities from where you have completed your SSLC examination. Contact to the concerned person and write an application that you want to your duplicate SSLC marks card as you have lost the original one. Since you have your Hall ticket number, you can provide it there to get the duplicate of the marks card.

Procedure to get the duplicate SSLC marks card is :-

1. File and FIR in the nearest police station.
2. Take a printout of the application form from www.icbse.com/forms/cbse/duplicate.pdf
3. Fill this form carefully
4. An affidavit on non judicial stamp paper of 10 rupees should be filled.
5. Prepare a demand draft of the requested amount.
6. Attach identification certificate of a gazetted officer or principal.
7. Attach a newspaper declaration release copy

Send all these documents to CBSE regional office.

In order to get a duplicate mark sheet, you have to contact the school authorities from where you have completed your SSLC. After that, you have to go to the district educational officer with an application for a duplicate mark sheet. Once the educational officer approves your request and forwards the application to the authorities of the respective board, you will get a duplicate SSLC certificate within a few weeks.
