Qualifying marks in written and practical of ICSE Board exam?

I am a student of 10th ICSE and preparing for my Board exam. If I get 20 marks out of 80 marks in written examination and 13 marks out of 20 marks in practical examination, is this the qualifying marks for ICSE Board?

According to the new norms of ICSE board, the passing percentage is only 33% that means you have to secure only 33 marks out of 100.
In practical examination, you have to secure at least 10 marks out of 20 and in theory, you have to secure 23 marks out of 80.

Previous year the passing marks was 35% out of 100%.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
