To prepare for board exams you must first sort out the syllabus of all the subjects.
Then go through the reference books mentioned below:

-After completing your reading you can practice previous year question papers which help a lot to get an idea about the important areas need to be covered by checking the number of occurrence of those topics.
-Also you can know the way to approach the questions.

First of all Read your NCERT BOOK for Mathematics and Chemistry ,for Physics study from Pradeep's
Now i suggests you a few books on every subject

1). Chemistry - firstly Read NCERT Book, now learn last 4 years question paper of CBSE, nearly 45+ out of 70 marks paper are from last 4 year papers , and I would like to suggests you go for 10 year for better performance
2). Maths - First solve all the questions of NCERT and clear all topics now go for NCERt examples after that you can buy ELEMENTS of maths for 12th class
3). Physics - For physics don't go for NCERT book , go for Pradeep , you have deeply study in physics for Good marks
4). English - Go for Diamond Book , Because Diamond is best book for CBSE students ,

For preparation of 12th Science CBSE board examination you should just follow the some basic steps mentioned here under :-

You should first go through your NCERT textbook before going for other side books .

You should look for very brief notes i.e; point wise notes for better preparation of examination because science asks for facts not the literature or story .

You should practice Mathematics on regular basis from board based books like books by RD Sharma or RS Aggarwal .

For Chemistry and Physics numerical of NCERT books is quite sufficient for board examination but for more practice you can go for RC Mukherjee
( Chemistry ) and Concept of Physics by HC Verma .

Also you can go for exemplar of all the three subjects published by NCERT .
