What are the advantages of doing B.Com after CBSE 12th?


Hi
I am a student of Class X.I gave my board exams in March.I would like to know whether there would be any advantage in doing b.com ,after studying CBSE 12th compared to doing PUC??

Definitely there is huge career prospect after completing your B.Com, as it ia a huge sector.

It doesn't make a great difference whether you complete your boards from CBSE or PUC, as both will serve you almost equally and will help you adequately to study B.Com.

Career prospects after B.Com:

In India there are a number of private companies that provide job opportunities to the commerce graduates. Other than the job, candidates get many allowances and benefits. B.Com graduates can get job in the following sectors.

1 BPO

2 Financial Services

3 Marketing

4 Broking

5 Banking

6I nsurance

7 ITES

8 FMCG, etc.


Candidates completed their B.Com degree can also start up their career as;

1 Company Law Assistant

2 Relationship manager

3 Assistant Manager/Consultant

4 Articled Trainee

5 Sales Officer Accounts, etc.


Over the time and with work experience one can opt for the following posts;

1 Senior Accounts Executive

2 Cluster Head

3 Cluster Manager

4 Senior Executive of Corporate Sales

5 ERP Functional Executive, etc.


Government jobs after B.Com;

Most of the job vacancies in the central government are filled by the through UPSC and SSC examinations.

Some of the job opportunities in the central government are:

1 Accounts assistant

2 Tax assistant

3 Grade III Exam

5 Combined Graduate Level Exam, etc.
