My son DOB is 27.11.2010. I want to admit my son at St Xaviers Collagiate School, Kolkata. When the admission form will be available & what is the procedure of getting admission their? Can you please provide me the complete information?

You can't get your son admit in St.Xaviers School, Kolkata for this year because the online admission process for admission to class 1st for academic year 2016-17 is currently closed.

Only those candidates will get admission who have already applied for admission.

You can admit your son in next academic year or some other school this year. Admission form will be available at http://www.sxcs.edu.in/admissions.html

You can apply on the above website online. After completion of application procedure candidate and his parents have to go though verification process. Verification of documents like relation certificate, birth certificate etc. is done.
A small interview of student and his/her parents is conducted by school. Candidate will get admission on the basis of performance in the interview.

The admission to all classes except class one will be offered if there are any vacancies exist.

The candidate has to fill an online application form at http://www.sxcs.edu.in/admissions.html.

Generally, the admission process will start in the month of March of ever year.

You will first of all have to fill in and submit the application form to the Institution. After having duly filled in the application form and completing the admission procedure, an interview will be conducted for both the student and his/her parents.

Admission to candidates is solely provided on the basis of merit.

What is the eligibility criteria of d students to get admission in kg?

Procedure for getting admission in st Xavier school ,Kolkata are as follows:-

1. Application form will be online on the school website from
21 September to Monday.

2. No request for issue of forms will be entertained after this
period.

3. There will be no manual form issued.

4. Eligibility to apply online:-

For KG students,date of birth must between 1 Jan. to 31 dec.
2015

For class 1 students, date of birth must between 1 jan to 31
dec 2014

5. Only one form per applicant will be applied.

6. The cost of online form will be 500/- ,via debit card / credit
card / net banking as per bill gateway charges apply as per
RBI norms.

7. Date and time of verification session will be displayed after
21 September 2019.

8. Only the candidate and his / her parents are only allowed for
verification session.

9. Original documents, one photographs must bring in
verification session along with application form and
payment slip.
