What is the syllabus followed for Delhi school of Economics for MA economics entrance exam? Can someone please provide me the complete details about the course? I wanted to understand the question pattern which will be asked in the exam?

There is only entrance test for all candidates, regardless of their background.

The entrance examination will test the candidates ability to understand and apply concepts in favor basic areas in Economics:

Microeconomics Theory

Macroeconomictheeory

Mathematics Techniques

Probabilityand Statistics

Delhi university conducts an entrance examination for admission to various post graduate courses.

Below I have attached a detailed syllabus of Delhi university MA economics entrance exam syllabus.

The duration of the exam is 3 hours. The examination date is on June 27, 2015.

The exam pattern covers mostly four basic areas which are microeconomic theory, macroeconomic theory, mathematical techniques used by economist and probability and statistics.
