hi, this is kundan..
i am to cmplt my second year bca.
i want to do job after completing my bca.so plz suggest me about any course which will help me to get a good job in software field.

After BCA you can do PHP or .net, that have very good scope in software field. Try to start studying one technology from both in your final yr of bca and also keep yourself updated in these technologies. bcoz companies hires candidates that must be expert in latest technologies.

and One more thing I would like to tell u that, continue your study after bca while doing job(correspondance) or regular..

i think you must go for the NIIT or the Jet kind computer academy...........after doing that you will be placed in some of the good IT companies........

you can do this course while doing your BCA course......

you should go for MCA so that your technical knowledge increses. At the end of your last semister go for a course in .NET or the language ehich i in demend , this is if you want to work as software developer

It will be better for you if u do MCA after BCA if u want to make career
in s/w development. you should go for a master degree like MCA or M.Sc
or something else. because that will help you getting a good job and bright
future. Only doing BCA and thinking of getting job is not a good idea at all.

you have to do your masters(MCA) because it is counted as equvalent to B.tech,So for any company you are eligible .

For software/It industry you have to do language like asp.NET,VB.Net,oracle,advances JAVA ,PHP.

These are the courses you can choose any of these

if in bca i have back in final sem sub then my job possibility is end or i can get good job after doing some good certificate courses.if yes plz tell me which type of certificate courses is useful to get better jobs?

dear friend, i want to suggest you to do MCA after completion of BCA degree.
This will very beneficial for you to built your career.
After MCA you can do any course like .Net, J2EE, PHP, c# etc, now a days these courses are very demanded in software companies.

Ans:- JAVA is a best language then other languages.............. in java u are able to get a good job in technical area.................. but according to me if u get MBA(IT) after BCA then u became a successful s/w engg. as well as a management student in IT field ............. now it is depending on u that wt u want in ur future................. take care..........

The best course that will add good job prospects in your life is the MCA.

These days MCA is in demand as because it is fully computer course and we know that again computer world is booming to its peak.

One more advantage for you is that you are also BCA ,so you will easily get the content of the MCA.Do not think any thing about the MCA course just take the admission and see its importace.

hi guys... i am new in this site... i have done Bsc(software system) and about to complete DDNT(.net in c#), PHP and sql server 2005...I am looking for a job but have no idea where to step in because whatever advertisement comes to me, they require B.Tech/BE/MCa.... I cannot go for regular MCA ... so i have enrolled MCA from distance mode of education.......
Can anyone of you suggest me the companies who provide software jobs for the qualification and certification that i have

According to me as you are a student of BCA you can go for MCA which is accepted as a first thing to choice.
otherwise, you may go for
1:M.Tech
2:M.Com
3:M.Phil etc....
in each courses you have more options to get jobs in Software/IT Industry.
But for that you have to study general aptitudes,verbal etc...

there are so many courses available for you to do after BCA.but i will suggest you to go for MCA because it is a post graduation degree and after that you wont have to do any course to get a good and decent job.
but still for your knowledge you can join NIIT for the type of course you want to do.

I am a BCA graduate and will be appearing for MCA in the coming year i.e 2011. In the meantime i want to do a short term course. But i'm confused as to which course will be better. i'm thinking of doing a course on ethical hacking. What other option do i have. Plz reply ......!!!

after BCA you may go for further study or you may choose to do some course from different institution to get job in industry of IT. if you want to study further then best option is MCA where you can explore your knowledge. the scope and job opportunity after MCA also will be increased. you will get better opportunity for job. otherwise you may go towards the MBA which is a management study.

if you want to do courses from institution at this stage then best option is .NET or web design or HTML. because you are learning C, C++, JAVA during your BCA course. so go for other courses. these courses will help you very much to get job in IT industry. best of luck.
