I am completed my btech in computer science with first class. I am interested in teaching field. so what is the better option, doing MS or Mtech?

After completion of your bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, you can go for Master's degree in engineering or for the government job entrance exams like:

~~National Informatics centre exams.

~~Civil Services exams.

~~Combined Defense services exams.

~~CAPF UPSC exam.

~~IBPS PO and clerk exam.

~~SSC CGL exam.

~~RRB entrance exams.

So you can also go for MS in computer science.
