If you are in the top 1,50,000 rankers including all the categories of the JEE Main examination, then you are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced examination. The 2 years gap between your 10th and 12th standard does not matter for appearing for the JEE Advanced examination.

Suppose, if you have completed your 12th in 2013 or 2014 year then, you are eligible to appear for the JEE 2014 Advanced examination. That means, the candidates who have completed their 12th in the same year or before year of the JEE Advanced examination year are eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced examination.

If you are in the top 1,50,000 people in JEE Mains and are also in top 20 percentile of your board then you will be eligible to give JEE Advanced.
163 is a score par cut off so I think you have qualified for JEE Advanced.
But I think your questions is whether you are eligible because of the 2 year gap that you have.
Yes you are because you can have 2 try at JEE exams and this will be considered your 2nd try.
However it means that this the last time you may give the exams.

The eligibility for JEE is
Candidate must score at 50% in 12 standard in physics chemistry and mathematics
Candidate must be of a certain age at the time of admission
If you fulfil the above criteria you will be eligible for the course
Yes, you will be eligible for the exam if you provide a valid gap certificate there will be no problem as what all matters is your 12 standard marks
