You must have a Master's Degree in Life Sciences related subjects with at least 55% marks from a recognized University to become eligible for SLET Life Science. Those who belong to reserved category can apply for relaxation in marks which will be 5%.
SLET Notification comes twice in a year and it usually comes in the month of June/December month. Just keep track of the notification and apply according to the dates notified in it. Qualifying SLET is very essential for getting a lecturer job in Government college. Also, those who are interested in pursuing Ph.D must qualify exams like SLET/NET because most of the top Universities prefer those candidates who have qualified these exams for Ph.D admission. |
