Yes, you are eligible to apply for National Defence Academy/Naval Academy entrance exam conducted by UPSC after completion of 10+2 in commerce with Mathematics. But you will not be able to join Indian Navy or Airforce even if you clear written test and SSB.

For Navy and Airforce, a candidate must have done 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Commerce stream candidates will be eligible to join Army only.

You must be between 16.5-19.5 years of age and you should be unmarried male Indian citizen. The notification for NDA I in 2016 will come 02/01/2016, after that you can apply at official website of UPSC http://www.upsconline.nic.in

You can join NDA exam because you are a student of 12th standard. But you are eligible for only Indian Army post. Because your 12th standard subject is not Mathematics

The candidate's who have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board or equivalent exam are eligible for NDA exam. Final year of 12th standard candidate are eligible for NDA exam.

Your age should be in between to 16.5 years to 19.5 years. There is no age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
